There are several ways that the national union can accept your updated officer report. In order to minimize processing time and data entry errors, we strongly prefer to receive information that you have typed into one of the three formats below. To ensure proper processing, it is also critical that we receive the contact information of the individual entering the data and certain data about your local, council or retiree chapter.
- Online form — If you only have a few officers to enter, this method may be the easiest for you.
- Excel download — If you have a large number of officers to enter, this method may be more efficient. When returning this file, please make sure the “reporter information” box at the top is filled out completely. You can return the file by email to OfficerUpdates@afscme.org.
- Fillable PDF — If you are unable to use either 1 or 2, you can download one of the following fillable PDF files and return it by email: OfficerUpdates@afscme.org or by fax: (202) 429-5034.
